Each player rolls a dice, whoever gets the highest number gets to choose the order. If there are three players it goes Player 1, Player 2, Player 3, Player 3, Player 2 and finally Player 1 again. The picking is called the wheel because whoever goes first in the first round, goes last in the second round.
